How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You may return any item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email [email protected] to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you an RMA number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a copy of your receipt or packing slip. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
4. For refunds, IMPAK will issue a credit to the original credit card used for purchase within 30 days.

Exchanges

If your item is in unused condition or defective, you may exchange it for a different item from our store. Follow the above procedure, making sure to indicate in your e-mail exactly which item you’d like in exchange. The customer is responsible for return postage costs, as well as for any difference in cost between the original item(s) and the new item(s) requested

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
